normal physical functions suspended or slowed down for a period of time;

Live well. Laugh often. Love much. Or as John Lennon once said, "Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans." Besides this life motto on living, laughing and loving, I realize it's not how well you start something but how well you finish. I want to finish well in all I do. I just finished my first Sprint Tri in July and I'm officially addicted to the sport. God willing, there will be many more to come. I love all things swimming, biking and running.

Dormant is a beautiful word . . .
Like a seed laid to rest in barren soil, waiting patiently for the spring rain to bring life . . . Does the seed know what kind of fruit he will soon bear?
Like the caterpillar tucked away in her cocoon of inactivity . . . Does she realize what a beautiful butterfly she is to become? Is her metamorphosis painful? I bet it is . . .
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come - WS
Who is the author on this? WS? Great stuff.
Actually, I wrote everything except the last paragraph, which is from William Shakespeare's Hamlet . . . and thanks.
