With four days left of the Olympic games, it's interesting to see that although the US has won significantly less gold medals than China, we are in the lead for overall medals among gold, silver and bronze. Should be interesting to see how the next four days play out. I love the Olympics :D

I, too, love the Olympics. I wish I could catch more of the action televised before accidentally stumbling upon the results online.
In response to my quote, the way I interpret the 95 percent of the journey only constitutes half way there corresponds to my thinking of my upcoming 100 miler this weekend. The 95 percent is the training I have done thus far, but the training is really only half the battle even though it extended over a longer period of time. The other half of the journey is the actual race and finishing the 100 miles in the time allotted. I do think that with that extra effort I will reach my goal. Keep me in your prayers :)
