No joke

It's April 1st and this is no joke.

I filed my taxes and all I can say is thank God for Turbo Tax online. It helps to have a simple filing status with no itemized things. But even if I didn't have a simple status, I think I would try and use Turbo Tax. I love the step by step method. I need simple in my life. This is my third year using it and talk about making life easy!

I was jazzed to find out that not only do I get a small refund back (woo hoo!) but thanks to the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 passed by Congress and the President, I'm entitled to a $600 rebate as well.

Now that's a pleasant tax surprise!
